Chief of Staff

Looking for Indigo's Chief of Staff who will be in charge of developing company-wide communications, operations, and correspondence. The Chief of Staff will take ownership of the core processes, relationships, and initiatives necessary for Indigo's success. In doing so, you'll gain a deep working understanding of the management of a Venture Studio, whose sole focus is within what we've coined "ConsciousTech"!

Responsibilities

1. Thought-leadership :

  • Build Indigo's authority, as a thought-leader, by leading content marketing across digital channels
  • Create viral content to increase Indigo's exposure and engagement
  • Nurture relationships across industry partners, corporations, executives, and universities to grow Indigo’s expertise & knowledge

2. Networking

  • Organize panels and master classes with external guests and experts
  • Build and share knowledge across the network: Experts, Founders, Partners
  • Constantly source talents, and entrepreneurs for our spinouts
  • Create connections with various mission-driven communities, universities, and non-profits

3. Company Operations :

  • Track and monitor the hiring and onboarding of employees and contractors in the Indigo pipeline
  • Coordinate investor, talent, and partnership communication + reporting
  • Support Indigo’s spin-out process and organize documentation at each phase
  • Identify opportunities and drive continual improvement in fund operations
  • Develop and assemble company KPIs, measure the progress of fundraising, and communicate updates to all key internal and external stakeholders

4. Automation :

  • Design and monitor lead generation programs (Acquisition, Qualification, Retention, ...)
  • Set up landing pages and run campaigns to activate our audiences (Automation, Lemlist, Typeform ...)
  • Constantly measure the performance of our campaign and improve conversion rate
  • Work on SEO (search engine optimization) and generation of inbound traffic

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience within operations, human capital, and content marketing
  • Relevant experience in Social Media and Content Management
  • Relevant experience with tools that allows you to build systems to improve the operations of the organization (CRM, Project Managment, Automation …)
  • Hunger for knowledge and a passion for Mental Health and Consciousness
  • You’re curious and intuitive – a creative and unconventional thinker, yet also highly analytical and logical
  • Good knowledge of venture capital, and interest in the venture studio model
  • Good knowledge of PR 
  • Proven success in building and activating communities
  • Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, tenacity and pragmatism
