Head of Growth & Network

We’re seeking a Head of Growth & Network to join Indigo Lab, to lead our content marketing, and grow our various eco-systems (Investors, Entrepreneurs, Experts)

Responsibilities

1. Content Marketing :

  • Build Indigo's authority, as thought-leader, by leading content-marketing across digital channels
  • Create viral content to increase Indigo's exposure and engagement
  • Nurture relationships with universities, and partners to grow the Lab's expertise & knowledge

2. Network

  • Organize panels and master classes with external guests and experts
  • Build and share knowledge across the network : Expert, Founders, Partners

3. Automation :

  • Design and monitor lead generation programs (Acquisition, Qualification, Retention, ...)
  • Setup landing pages and run campaigns to activate our audiences (Automation, Lemlist, Typeform ...)
  • Constantly measure the performance of our campaign and improve conversion rate
  • Work on SEO (search engine optimization) and generation of inbound traffic

Requirements

  • Relevant experience within Social Media, Content Management or Research
  • Hunger for knowledge and a passion for digital disruption
  • Excellent knowledge of LinkedIn,Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and other social media best practices
  • Excellent knowledge of automation principles and softwares
  • Proven success in building and activating communities
  • Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills
  • Maniacal attention to detail with optimal organizational skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, tenacity and pragmatism
  • Understanding of social media KPIs and web traffic metrics
