63% of employees say workplace stress significantly impacts their mental and behavioral health. And 59% of employees say employers should play a role in improving worker health.

Thus, Corporate Wellness programs that subsidize employee health-related activities are important. Wellness programs can not only improve the mental, financial, and physical health of employees, but also mitigate the costs associated with turnover and healthcare. Over the last 10 years, wellness incentives have increased from $260 (per employee) in 2009 to $760 (per employee) in 2019.

Investing in employees’ health, happiness and development has a big effect on counteracting stress. Every $1.00 invested yields $1.40 - $4.60 in averted medical costs & productivity losses.

The global corporate wellness market size is valued at USD 52.8 billion in 2020 and is expected to expand at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 7.0%. 

Therefore, Indigo is developing a (Stealth) Startup that will be a game changer in the way employers provide health and wellness benefits to their employees. 

Responsibilities include:


  • Provide leadership, and share the company's vision.
  • Lead all areas of the business, including strategy, marketing & sales.
  • Own and manage day-to-day operations.


  • Define go-to-market strategy and sales approach for engaging Fortune 500 companies
  • Oversee and manage early sales/marketing cycles, and lead all early sales/marketing efforts. 
  • Own the P&L and cash flow, and manage burn for the business.
  • Build strategic partnerships that will support and drive company launch and growth.


About you

  • At least 3 years of experience with strategy development and business planning
  • Strong understanding of Health and Wellness 
  • Experience in building and selling B2B solutions, preferably to Fortune 500 companies 
  • Previous marketing or user acquisition and growth experience proliferating B2C or B2B facing digital products and services
  • A proven track record of personal success and ambitious undertakings
  • Entrepreneurial spirit to help us shape our growth initiatives and company
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively: analyze, synthesize, recommend and take action
  • Expert communication, presentation, and material preparation skills required
  • Previous experience at a professional consulting company highly desired
